Stall costs vary depending on the track (Trade Fair vs Event Day) and the size of the stall. Small Trade Fair stalls start at ₦50,000 for the 7-day period. Event Day pitches start at ₦15,000 per day. A full pricing schedule will be sent to you upon successful review of your application.

Yes, but you require a special permit. If you intend to sell alcohol, please indicate this in your product description. You will be required to provide relevant licenses and adhere to our strict responsible service guidelines.

Trade Fair vendors can begin setup 48 hours before the village opens. Event Day vendors must complete setup 2 hours before gates open for the specific event. Detailed bump-in/bump-out schedules are provided in the vendor handbook upon approval.

Basic lighting is provided for Trade Fair stalls. Additional power requirements (for appliances, fridges, etc.) must be requested in your application and may incur an additional fee. Generators are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved for specific mobile food trucks.
